💳 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
● $100 deposit- Luxury loc Extensions & Instant Locs
● @25 deposit-Healthy Locs Detox & Loc Repair
● Deposits are applied towards your final balance,
⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
● Deposits are non-refundable.
● Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit one time.
🚫 No-Show Policy
Clients who do not for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Future appointments may require payment in full before booking.
⏱️ Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their servicce shortened to avoid delaying other appointments.
💇 Hair Preparation
For all Loc Extensions and Instant Locs Appointments, your hair must be completely detangled and free of braids, twists, wigs, weaves, or any other protective style before your appointment.
If your hair requires detangling or removal of an existing style at your appointment, an additional service fee will apply, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
👥 Guests
To provide a relaxing experience for all clients, only the scheduled client is permitted in the service area unless approved in advance.
💵 Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
