Not sure which service is right for you ? schedule a one on one consultation to discuss your hair goals, assess your current hair and scalp condition, and recive a personalized recommendation. This consultation is required for locs extensions, major repairs, alopecia services, and clients with question befor booking.

The $25 consultation fee will be applied towards your service when you book within 30 days.

💳 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • $100 deposit – Luxury Loc Extensions & Instant Locs

  • $25 deposit – Healthy Locs Detox & Loc Repair

  • Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit one time.

🚫 No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Future appointments may require payment in full before booking.

⏱️ Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service shortened to avoid delaying other appointments.

💇 Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair prepared according to your booked service. Additional detangling or preparation may result in an additional charge.

👥 Guests

To provide a relaxing experience for all clients, only the scheduled client is permitted in the service area unless approved in advance.

💵 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
